## What the Design Concept package actually includes

A Design Concept is not a mood board emailed with no way to buy it. It is a complete brief-to-list package for one room or space.

**From $799 per room / space, you get:**

- **Discovery Call** — fifteen minutes, free, before you commit to the package. Style, colours, how you use the room, what "done" looks like.

- **Design Brief** — onsite or by phone. Photos, measurements, the pieces you are keeping, the ones you are not. Vague "make it nicer" becomes something we can design from.

- **Mood Boards** — colour, texture, and the pieces that earn their place, held against real Gold Coast light and the furniture that is staying.

- **2 revisions** — enough to refine. Not so many the project drifts.

- **Full Product Purchase List** — every intended piece, with somewhere to buy it. High-street and more elevated options can sit on the same list. You choose the spend. We hold the design together.

Unlike traditional interior design companies that stretch for months on hourly time, we turn around a standard virtual Design Concept in **seven days or less**. Custom packages — especially full procurement — can take longer because stock, storage and installation have their own timeline.

A typical week looks like this.

### Day 0 — Discovery

Book the free 15-minute discovery call. We check fit. If Design Concept is not right, I say so. If it is, we lock the room or space and the brief method (onsite or phone).

### Brief — onsite or by phone

We gather what the room is for, what stays, what goes, and how you move through it. Measurements, photos and Gold Coast light all matter.

### Studio — mood boards and layout

We design at the studio: palette, texture, layout, the pieces that earn their place. You review. You get two revisions on Design Concept. We refine until the boards feel like your room, not a template.

### Handover — your shopping list

You leave with a full product purchase list. That is the end of the Design Concept package. The design is done. Shopping is yours, at your pace.
